·Participation Fees /报名费：
Local / Overseas Participant: SGD25 per submission.
国内与海外参加者: 新币 $25.00 (每一份作品)

A3 size (42 X 29.7 cm) *Please note that entries smaller or larger than A3 size will be disqualified.

评分标准
Judging Ctiteria
1.Creativity and Concept/ 创意概念: 30 points/分
2.Illustration Techniques / 绘画技巧: 30 points/分
3.Aesthetic Expression / 表达手法: 20 points/分
4.Overall Presentation/ 整体呈现: 20 points/分
比赛规则
Competition Rules
·We do not accept any submissions of physical hand-drawn artwork!（Only electronic images of the works are required to be submitted）
·不接收任何实体手绘作品提交!（只需提交电子版作品图片）

·Each participant can submit more than one work.（The registration fee for each artwork is $25）
·每位参赛者可提交多过一份作品。（每一幅作品$25报名费）

·Participants must ensure that their works are original creations of their own.
·参赛者必需确保其作品是属于自己个人原创。
ㅤ
·To ensure fairness and transparency, contestants are prohibited from disclosing any details of their submissions on all social media platforms prior to the announcement of the competition results.
·为确保公平和透明，参赛者在公布比赛结果之前，不得在所有社交媒体平台上披露其提交的任何细节。

·All submitted works must not contain any secondary or AI-generated content, or any obscene imagery.
·所有提交作品不得有任何二次或AI创作内容或猥亵画面。

·Plagiarism is not allowed in this competition.
·本次比赛不允许抄袭。

·The organizing unit reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the regulations.
·主办单位有权取消任何违反条例的参赛者资格。

·The organizing unit has the right to use all submitted works for any media promotion.
·主办单位有权使用所有得参赛作品作为任何媒体宣传。

·The organizing unit has all the rights to decide the final competition results.
·主办单位拥有一切权力决定最终比赛成绩。

All winners will receive email notifications from the organizing unit.
·所有得奖者将会收到主办单位的电邮通知。
