Young Artists Took Part
2024 · Tree Art and the Alliance for Active Action Against HPV (the Cervical Cancer Alliance) jointly hosted the A World Without Cancer charity painting competition, raising $800,000 in goods and donations for SATA CommHealth. The competition drew 616 young artists, and Member of Parliament Ms Sun Xueling attended to speak and present the awards.
2025 · The competition returned for Singapore’s 60th National Day, open to creators of all ages. At the award ceremony, Mr Koh Juay Meng, recipient of the 2024 President’s Volunteerism & Philanthropy Award, delivered a speech and presented the awards, and Eileen Dong, mother of a past participant, returned to share their story of giving back.
