Ages 3–5
Perception comes first. Pure colour, clay and simple shapes build the visual ability everything else stands on.
Ages 5–8
Dots, lines and surfaces become a language for composition, space and story.
Ages 8–12
Skill catches up with imagination. Sketching, colour study and technique give each child's own vision a professional footing.
Ages 12–18
By the teen years the work runs at portfolio level — sustained pieces, layered technique and a personal voice that carries into DSA and art-school applications.
