In 2024, the United Nations will continue to focus on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The UNESCO Children’s Art Exhibition 2024 – Imagining the Future aligns with these annual priorities and sets the following common objectives:
1. Inspire Creativity
Encourage children worldwide to express their visions of the future through art, fostering creativity and innovative thinking.
2. Promote International Understanding
Showcasing works by children from diverse cultural backgrounds to enhance global understanding and friendship, contributing to a world of harmonious coexistence.
3. Support Arts Education
Raise public awareness of the importance of arts education and promote its development on a global scale.
4. Focus on Sustainable Development
Guide children to engage with sustainability topics, expressing their perspectives on environmental protection, technological advancement, social equity, and more through art.

Intellectual Property
No.1 Originality and Copyright:
Participants must submit works created solely or collaboratively by themselves, clearly stating the authorship and copyright. Participants must confirm the originality of their works. The organizers are not responsible for any legal issues arising from infringement of others’ (or organizations’) rights; such legal responsibilities lie solely with the participant.
No.2 Organizer’s Rights:
The organizers hold the intellectual property and copyright for all winning works. They have the rights to redesign, produce, display, and publish the works. If any copyright disputes arise during commercial use, the participant who submitted the work will bear legal responsibility.
No.3 Display and Promotion Rights:
The organizers have the right to exhibit, report on, and promote all submitted works for public interest purposes.
No.4 Restrictions During the Competition:
During the competition, participants may not transfer or license their works to any third party, nor may they use the works to enter other competitions or events that are identical or similar to this one.
